Driving onto the Kenai you begin to get a feel for the beauty of the area. Ahead you see a glacier but when you look to the left or the the right you see more or distance snow capped mountains.
We find a lovely spot to stop for lunch. There is only one road onto the Kenai and we will stop here to spend the night later in the week.
Glacier are blue because they reflect the blue spectrum and absorb the other colours.
